Recruiting & Retaining Project Contributors

As leaders of Work Packages and Tasks, we share common challenges of how to recruit from
underrepresented NRENS and how to retain contributors [with specialist knowledge], who are also in demand from their home NREN. In this workshop we will brainstorm and exchange ideas on topics such as:

• How can we attract and retain contributors to the Project?

• How can we encourage individual contributors and NRENS to deliver effort that was committed to?

• How can our WP/Task use more resources from underrepresented NRENS? For what tasks?

• What could we do to help underrepresented NRENS to contribute?
