PMC23

The GN5-1/GN5-IC1 Project Management Convention will take place on 31 Jan – 1 Feb 2023 in Dordrecht, The Netherlands. The convention will bring the Work Package and Task Leaders together to build a shared understanding of our work in these two projects. It will also introduce and discuss some improvements in work practices that should help us all succeed in delivering an ambitious programme over a relatively short time frame.

Only Work Package Leaders, Task Leaders, Coordinators and GÉANT PMO are eligible to register for this event, after receiving approval from your line manager.

We are close to the limit of spaces available and there could be a short delay in confirming your registration. Please do not book travel and accommodation until your registration is confirmed.

In the first step of the booking process, a ‘promotional code’ can be added.

All GÉANT employees will need to create an ATT first before making any travel arrangements.

Transportation to the meeting venue and back to the hotel will be arranged.

Shuttle Bus from Centraal Station Dordrecht

On Monday we have arranged bus transfers between Centraal Station Dordrecht and Hotel Postillion Dordrecht, between 16.15 and 19.00. This is one shuttle bus that will drive between the train station and the hotel. This bus will pick up participants at P+R Markettenweg (see map below), which is just outside the train station. Note that this is not the front of the train station, but at the back. If there is no bus, please wait for it to return.
